A Day at Magic Farms

Our kitchen and dining room teams took a trip up Magic Farms last month to see everything that our farmer, Maciek, has been growing for our seasonal menus.

On a sunny day in late June, over 80 members of our team from the kitchen and dining room drove up to Magic Farms in Hoosick, New York, to meet Eleven Madison Park’s farmer, Maciek Kobielski, and see first-hand all the delicious produce that he has been growing for our current and upcoming menus.

Our group arrived at the farm in the early afternoon and was greeted by Maciek, who gave us a tour of his thriving fields and high tunnels — explaining how he is able to work with the seasons to grow ingredients for us almost all year round.

We then had a chance to harvest ingredients ourselves to prepare for a shared meal, which we enjoyed together in the late afternoon.
