Where is the restaurant located?

We are located at 11 Madison Avenue, on the corner of East 24th Street and Madison Avenue, directly across the street from Madison Square Park.

What type of menu does the restaurant offer?

We offer a seasonal plant-based tasting menu that focuses on local ingredients. A meal with us consists of approximately 10 courses which includes communal dishes as well as some individual choices. We offer this menu for dinner and a meal lasts roughly three hours.

Can I give my table away instead of transferring it on this site?

All reservations are final sale and are charged to the credit card that was used to purchase the reservation. You are able to transfer the table to someone else through this site, however, if you choose to transfer the reservation through another means, we will not refund the initial card that was charged. If you purchased your reservation using a gift card, please note a transfer is only available at a $0 value.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

We open up reservations on the first of every month for the following month - for example on October 1st all of November will be made available. If you find that the reservation you were hoping for is booked, we do hold a wait list and encourage you to add your name to it and if something does become available we will be in touch.

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to join us, you can always transfer your reservation to someone you know through your Tock profile. Please check local and international travel restrictions due to Covid-19 prior to booking.

Do I need to leave gratuity when I dine?

Eleven Madison Park is no longer a service-included restaurant and guests now have the option to add a gratuity for their experience. Gratuity is optional and by no means mandatory. If you are looking to learn more about our policy change, please email us at .

What if my dietary restrictions change after I complete my reservation?

Not a problem! We will be verifying all food allergies, aversions, and dietary restrictions prior to you joining us, but also at the table when you arrive for your meal.

Are wine pairings available?

Yes. We offer wine pairings, starting at $115 per guest, as well as a full wine list that our wine team can help you select from and may also be viewed on our website. You are also welcome to bring your own special bottle of wine for your meal for a $75 per 750ml bottle corkage (4 bottle maximum) fee.

What is the dress code?

We do not have a dress code. Many of our guests dress up for the occasion, but wear whatever will make you most comfortable.

What is the largest party size available at the restaurant?

We can accommodate up to six guests at a table in the main dining room. If you are interested in booking a table for a group larger than this, please contact our Private Dining and Special Events team at

Can I dine at the bar?

Yes, you can. Reservations for our 6-course bar tasting menu are available at our bar tables and are $195 per person. Bar seats are first come first serve and an a la carte menu is also available.

Can I use my gift card to pay for my experience?

Yes, on the checkout screen you can apply the gift card value. If you forgot to apply your gift card before checkout, you can contact our accounting team at 646-747-6587 and they can assist you.
